Krushi began in 1992 with a single house designed by the David Design Group. From that humble start, Founder and CEO PR Sriram built a company that has gained a reputation for quality maintained for nearly 30 years. In that first year, we executed three different types of projects and a decade later, our portfolio had grown to 75 projects, from bespoke high-end villas and apartment blocks to schools, offices and industrial campuses.
Along the way, we built long-lasting relationships with some of the best architects, including Mistry Architects, Dean D’Cruz, Singapore’s WOW Architects, Praxis Inc, and PR Designs.
Krushi has also collaborated with the biggest builders and developers in the country. Our first corporate project was a single service apartment in 2005 for the Brigade Group, for whom we have since constructed over 1 million square feet. Our corporate client roster now includes Embassy Developers, Vaishnavi Builders, Primus Mantri, and Nambiar Builders.

Today, Krushi offers end-to-end services for building execution, from civil construction and MEP to interiors and Project Management Consulting (PMC). We have built over 35 lakh square feet across a wide variety of projects, including multi-dwelling homes, institutions, clubhouses, hospitals and hotels.
Our tight-knit team includes seasoned professionals in operations, procurement, planning and quantity survey, finance and accounting. Every project is managed by a project-specific team of civil engineers, supervisors, quality and safety assurance inspectors, store and material managers.
